Hello Kitty Afghan – Day 10

Well as you can see I picked it up yesterday even though I was feeling a bit under the weather.  Something about having the hook in hand and working on something sort of takes your mind off your troubles and makes them feel a bit better.

As you can see more bobbins have been added and I’m working on the nose now.  My daughter was showing me her Hello Kitty pencil holder/cup thing she got for Christmas and I told her I should have made her nose either pink or yellow.  She told me “it’s fine Mom, I like it.”  Nothing like hearing something like that from someone so young and sweet as her.
