Breakfast In A Potato

Here’s another one that hubby sent to me via Facebook.  This is really good and the kids enjoyed them as well.  It even has wiggle room that you can let you imagination go and create them however you want.  Even let the kids make their own (with adult supervision of course).

The only suggestion I would say is to use a good size potato and make sure to let it cool enough so that you can handle them if not completely.  They do get hot and do stay hot for a while.
