I’m not really sure of the name but this is a recipe that I got years ago on a yahoo group from a very nice lady that I worked with. It’s really easy to make and my family just loves it! You can use any type of pie filling that you choose. You may want to double batch it because it will go fast! I also grease my pan a bit only because it will stick to the sides a bit.
The recipe is as follows:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 can fruit pie filling
Mix all ingredients together expect for the pie filling in a 9×13 pan. Then pour the can of fruit filling all over the top with the juice as well. Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes or until top is golden brown. You can use a cake tester to test.
